Delete my Rugby Rogues account

You can delete your Rugby Rogues account and associated data even if you have uninstalled the app.

From the game or app

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open My account → Delete my account.
3. Verify your identity and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion by email

Email Mobulding at theo.paramelle@mobulding.com with the email address of the relevant account. We will verify your identity if needed. Never send your password. The normal response time is one month.

What will be deleted

Your sign-in account, synced progress, wallet and credits, unlocks, history and technical game receipts. This action is permanent. The account copy on the device you use is erased; your separate guest game remains available. Clear app or site data on your other devices to erase their local copies.

Timing and exceptions

Deletion starts after your in-game confirmation. If a technical interruption occurs, the account is blocked and deletion is retried daily. A technical marker is retained for 30 days and then removed by a daily job. Records required for accounting, fraud prevention or disputes may be retained separately, including by Apple or Stripe, for applicable periods. See the privacy policy.

Pending payments and refunds

Close any payment pages before deleting your account. A payment already in progress may still be processed by Stripe. Account deletion does not cancel a payment or automatically trigger a refund. Contact us with your payment reference for assistance.
